All 6^th Grade Students will be enrolled automatically in

• 6^th Grade Math (Math/AMPS) – yearlong class
• 6^th Grade English/Language Arts (ELA/ALPS) – yearlong class
• 6^th Grade Science – yearlong class
• 6^th Grade Social studies – yearlong class
• 6^th Grade Health – 2 Quarters
• 6^th Grade PE – 2 Quarters

Students will need to register for their final Encore option. 6^th Grade students will have the option to take Band, or to select the Encore Rotation.  

ENCORE Rotation 

• When students choose the Encore Rotation, they will be placed into 4 different encore classes (one for each quarter.) These classes include Intro to Spanish, Computer Discoveries I, Intro to Art, Business – Introduction to Office Productivity, and Exploring Childcare. These placements are randomly assigned. 

BAND 

• When students choose band, they will participate in our band program for the entire school year. This will be their only encore class.
