TEACHERS: You must submit a Prior Approval Request: Videos/Movies before showing a movie or video clip in class. Please print the form, complete it, and give it to the Media Coordinator. They will handle the rest of the approval process. Thank you!

MATURE BOOKS: STUDENT PERMISSION FORMS

Interested in having unlimited access to our mature books section?  Bring in a signed copy of the HiRMS Mature Form - Full Permission for us to keep on file, and you can check out any mature book for the rest of your time at HiRMS. If you'd rather decide on each book instead of getting access to the whole section, use our HiRMS Mature Form – Individual Permission.
