Join us as we take flight into the world of unmanned aerial vehicles! Campers will explore the principles of flight and pilot drones through very cool challenges. The week will end in a first-of-its-kind drone competition. Grab your friends - you won’t want to miss this one!

Are you interested in Cheerleading? Do you love to dance and get pumped up at sporting events? If so, then come check out Maverick Cheer Camp! This camp will be geared towards learning arm motions, jumps, cheers, and dance routines all while getting to know fun, new people through engaging in team-building activities. This camp will also help rising 7th and 8th graders prepare for our Maverick Cheerleading tryouts for the 2023-24 school year! Let's Go Mavericks!! Campers should wear tennis shoes/socks, shorts/t-shirt, a hair tie, and bring a snack/drink for break time.

Computer screens, phone screens, tv screens. How on earth did people have fun before all of these screens? Well, this camp provides students with the chance to experience just that! Good, old fashioned board games and card games without the use of a single screen. Students will play games such as Uno, Exploding Kittens, What Do You Meme?, and so much more all while having fun with their friends!

Skills, drills, games and more! Come hone your shooting, dribbling, passing and more as we take our basketball skills to the next level. Participate in fun scrimmage games every day and win cool prizes during action-packed camp competitions. Campers should bring a ball, water bottle and wear comfy athletic clothes and shoes each day! Whether you're a beginner just getting started or a seasoned pro, we’ve got you covered this summer!

Students that have signed up for 6th grade band will want to attend this camp. You will learn how to put your instrument together, make the correct sounds and learn your first 5 notes. This is not mandatory for all 6th grade band students but will really help you get started! Students who attend a morning camp session will need to bring a lunch to eat in the cafeteria between camp sessions.
