We're excited to celebrate the hard work and achievements of our students! Please review the important information below regarding our end-of-year Awards Day ceremonies: Who Should AttendFamilies of students receiving an award will be notified directly by their teachers. Due to limited space, only families of award recipients may attend. We kindly ask that attendance be limited to members of the immediate household (parents/guardians and siblings). Arrival & ParkingAll visitors should park in the main parking lot and enter through the auxiliary gym. Please do not park in the bus lot. Do not arrive before 9:00 AM to avoid interfering with morning arrival traffic. Visitors will not be allowed beyond the gym area. If you plan to check your child out after the ceremony, please bring a photo ID. Only one approved adult may check out the student by returning to the front office. For safety and accountability, students may not leave the gym with their families. Ceremony Times 8th Grade - Begins at 9:20 AM (Please arrive no earlier than 9:00 AM) 7th Grade - Begins at 11:15 AM (Please arrive no earlier than 10:50 AM) 6th Grade - Begins at 2:00 PM (Please arrive no earlier than 1:35 PM) Thank you for your cooperation as we work to ensure a smooth and special day for our students!
